Service Rates

The investment for coaching services reflects not only the time spent during each session, but also the individualized preparation, planning, strategy development, and responsive support provided outside of sessions.

Each client’s needs, goals, and supports are unique, and time is often spent creating personalized materials, researching strategies, organizing resources, and thoughtfully preparing for upcoming sessions.

Pricing was determined through research of wellness coaching and life-coaching services within approximately 50 miles of the local area, with rates averaged to help keep services both competitive and accessible. In comparison, many specialized support services commonly range from $275–$350 or more for 45–60 minute sessions.

It is deeply important to me that support feels approachable and worthwhile for the individuals and families seeking it. Investing in support can feel like a big step, especially when cost of living expenses are at an all time high and life already feels overwhelming. I truly wish services like these were more widely covered by insurance and accessible to everyone regardless of financial circumstances. My goal is to provide personalized, compassionate, and practical support at a rate that reflects both the value of the service and a genuine desire to keep coaching as attainable as possible.

Sessions are currently offered at $120 for a 60-minute Zoom coaching session.

Because every person’s needs are different, there is no set timeline for coaching. Some clients benefit from short-term support around a specific challenge, while others prefer longer-term accountability and ongoing guidance as they build new systems and habits over time.

Support does not always stop the moment a session ends. When appropriate, follow-up support through text or email is available between scheduled sessions to help clients stay encouraged, organized, and connected to their goals.

The purpose of coaching is not perfection. It is to create realistic supports, reduce overwhelm, build self-understanding, and help clients move forward in ways that feel achievable and compassionate rather than exhausting.
