1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and/or engaging in services provided by Next Step Neuro Coach LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or services.

2. Description of Services

Next Step Neuro Coach LLC provides educational coaching services focused on executive functioning skills, goal setting, neurodivergent support, and family guidance.

Services may include:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions (virtual or in-person)

  • Parent coaching and consultation

  • Resource recommendations

  • Workshops or digital materials

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Not Medical or Mental Health Services

Next Step Neuro Coach LLC provides educational and life coaching services only.

We do not provide:

  • Medical advice

  • Mental health therapy

  • Psychological services

  • Legal advice

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or special education services under IDEA. Clients are encouraged to seek licensed professionals for medical needs.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

  • Participate actively in sessions

  • Provide accurate information

  • Take responsibility for their own decisions and outcomes

Results are not guaranteed. Progress depends on many factors outside our control.

5. Payment Terms

  • Fees for services will be provided prior to booking.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.

All sales of digital products, if offered, are final unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide at least [24 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations made with less than [24 hours] notice may be charged the full session fee.

  • No-shows may be charged the full session fee.

Emergency exceptions may be made at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Next Step Neuro Coach LLC, including:

  • Worksheets

  • Digital downloads

  • Session materials

  • Website content

  • Logos and branding

are the intellectual property of Next Step Neuro Coach LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

Materials are for personal use only.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site

  • Copy or distribute content without permission

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Step Neuro Coach LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and will maintain confidentiality of personal information, except:

  • When required by law

  • When there is risk of harm to self or others

  • With written client consent

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

12. Changes to Terms
